*Because of the nature of Dr. Grace's practice, some services such as radiographs, hospitalizations and surgical procedures will have to be performed at one of Dr. Grace's colleague's facilities. In the event that one of these services is required, Dr. Grace will either provide a referral or schedule to perform the procedure herself as the facilities schedule and/or policy allows.
